Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! We are a pair of students from Warsaw, coming to Utrecht to pursue our Master's degrees in biology, and we need a calm place to focus on our studies. We don't smoke, cause trouble or make much noise. Even though we're 23, neither of us is much of a party animal - between studying and working, we just don't have much time or energy. We're more like the nerdy types, you'll hopefully find us to be agreeable, prudent and unproblematic. Both of us earn stable salaries, and we're very determined to finish our courses; this means we're serious about renting a two-bedroom flat for a longer while. Since we are not a couple, two separate bedrooms (or a possibility of sectioning off one) are a must. We're mostly looking for unfurnished flats, but if we like your style, that requirement is flexible.
