I am currently looking for a furnished room/studio/apartment in Groningen, with a budget of approximately €700–€1,000 per month. I am financially supported by my family, and my guarantor has an annual income of approximately €23,000. I am a responsible, clean, tidy, and respectful tenant. I take good care of the place I live in and always make sure to keep my living environment neat and well-maintained. I am also quiet, considerate of my neighbours, and committed to respecting the house rules and agreements with the landlord. I do not smoke and do not have any pets. As a student, I am looking for a comfortable and peaceful place where I can focus on my studies while also feeling at home during my exchange in Groningen.
