I speak four(ish) languages (Spanish, English, French and Italian) so communication will not be an issue at all! 😄 As I have lived with many people during these years, I know communication and respecting people’s spaces is key to have a nice environment at the house. I'm tidy, responsible and respectful, enjoy having my private space but also very friendly. I do not smoke or have any pets and I am a diligent and serious payer and I am truly respecful of neighbors’ tranquility. As regards to my hobbies, I enjoy going to the movies, chatting with friends (preferably over a good cup of coffee), reading and going for walks (and bike rides).
