Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou ervan om de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd te houden en geniet van een gezellige sfeer in huis - of dat nu een snelle koffie in de ochtend is of af en toe samen koken. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises.
