Hello, I am Ismael, from Portugal, living and working in Enschede for almost five years now. My studies background is in Multimedia Arts and am interested in other various subjects as well. Currently looking for a new room/studio in Enschede, with a private sink, preferably in a tranquil area, long-term stay (in principle, at least two years). BRP (Basisregistratie Personen) is a must. Although I am an easy-going and social person, I balance it out with my private time while respecting others'. A place without regular parties would be ideal. My target budget sits between €300 and €500 per month (varying depending on overall conditions). Hi! 😊 My name is Arianna, I’m an Italian medical student at the University of Pavia and I’m coming to Leiden for an Erasmus+ clinical traineeship at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of other people’s space and routines. Since I’ll be spending most weekdays at the hospital, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to. I’m clean and tidy and I’m used to taking care of the place where I live. Outside university and the hospital, I love travelling, spending time with friends, going out for dinner or drinks, sports and discovering new places. I’m really looking forward to experiencing life in Leiden and meeting new people during my stay, so I’d also be very happy to live in a shared house with friendly roommates. My stay in Leiden is already confirmed as part of my Erasmus+ traineeship at LUMC, and I can provide documentation regarding my university and traineeship if required.
