I'm currently looking for a long-term place to stay, and I'm totally open to either a studio for myself or a shared house with roommates! During the week, my math studies keep me pretty busy and I spend a lot of time in the library. But if I move into a shared place, I’m always up to have dinner together or just catch up after a long day. I consider myself an organized person, which actually led me to a part-time job as a cleaner! I love keeping things tidy and adding little touches to make a space feel like a real home. In my free time, you can usually find me doing photography, drawing, or hanging out at the cinema. Practical info: I’m easy-going, a non-smoker, and I really appreciate a peaceful vibe at home. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
