I therefore have stable and sufficient financial means to comfortably meet my rental and living expenses. I’m looking for a nice and cool place to live during my time in Rotterdam. I’m a non-smoker, tidy and considerate, and I’m the kind of person who genuinely likes keeping the place I live in nice and well looked after. I’m already in Rotterdam now, and I’d love to come by, see the place and meet you whenever convenient. I’m quite flexible with timing, so I can also come on short notice if that helps. Wij werken allebei bij Ventje in Nijkerk en hebben allebei een vast arbeidscontract en een stabiel inkomen. Wij zijn rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke mensen en gaan zorgvuldig en met respect met een woning om. Wij spreken allebei Nederlands op A1-A2-niveau en zijn actief bezig om onze Nederlandse taalvaardigheid verder te verbeteren. Omdat wij collega’s zijn, zoeken wij een woning met twee aparte slaapkamers, zodat ieder van ons een eigen kamer heeft. Wij werken allebei en brengen het grootste deel van de dag op ons werk door. Daarom zijn een tuin, balkon of andere buitenruimte voor ons niet belangrijk. Voor ons zijn twee aparte slaapkamers, een rustige woonomgeving en een goede bereikbaarheid van Nijkerk veel belangrijker. Inschrijving op het adres voor beide personen moet mogelijk zijn.
