I'm Justas, a 19-year-old from Lithuania starting the Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering at TU Eindhoven this September. I'm looking for a room and would be a quiet, tidy, low-maintenance tenant — non-smoker, no pets. As a student I don't yet have Dutch income, but rent is well covered: my father is acting as guarantor and comfortably meets the income requirements, and I can also pay several months' rent upfront for extra assurance. I'm looking for a stable, long-term stay for the duration of my studies (up to four years). I'm flexible on move-in timing, ideally settling in during August before classes start. As I'm currently based in Lithuania, I'd love the opportunity to meet via video call before moving in. Happy to share references, documents, or proof of funds on request.
