I am originally from Warsaw, Poland. I am 37 years old, single. Educated as a product designer, working for years as a food concept developer. My job is to design and help with opening new restaurants, cafe etc. After 4 years of living in Swedish, calm countryside I wanted to come back to more busy, city life. That is why i am here in Amsterdam. I’m starting full time job in a lovely, French bakery Farine this September. I’m a very quiet and calm person, love having a good routine. I’m passionate about high quality food, design and art. During my free time I mostly read books or swim in open waters. A clean, well organized space is a key for my well being.
