Hey hey!  👋 Lovely meeting you here! I am Carmen and if you think I could be a good match as your new roommate, I would love to come by to have a look and chat with you :) But first things first, here's a little bit about myself 👇 Who am I and what do I do? I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Initially, I moved here to study, but, eventually, I fell in love with the Netherlands and decided to stay 🤍 Where do I live now and why am I moving? Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Hey there! I am Shreyaank and 22 years old, currently pursuing a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at UT. I am currently living in a temporary accommodation in Witbreuksweg and therefore looking for something permanent and a cozy student house. I am always down for meals, drinks, games and other social activities together with my housemates. Owing to my outgoing nature, I also like to meet and socialize with new people very much whilst keeping a balance with my studies and personal time. Cooking food is also something about which I am quite passionate, even though it might look as if I don't eat enough as much as I cook! I am also learning Dutch and I try to speak it at the supermarket. Knowing how to speak German helps me to understand the Dutch language as well to a certain extent. Currently, I play Volleyball in the Mix team and am also a member of the Mix Committee of Harambee. Earlier, I played Football as a major sport for 12 years and for a change sometimes, I used to swim and play Table Tennis and Cricket as well. I like to be physically fit and thus find myself going to the gym as well. Overall, I would like to move in with a group of warm and fun people who like to spend time together! I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and will be starting my Dutch language courses in a few weeks time in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. Some of my hobbies include jogging, longboarding, cycling, slacklining, cleaning (mild ocd, just enough to always keep the apartment tidy), however, I love to read and nothing feels more cosy than doing so in the comfort of my own studio. Hoi, Na de zomer begin ik aan de studie werktuigbouwkunde in het gezellige Delft. Ik woon in Den Bosch en zou het erg fijn vinden om alvast een kamer te hebben in de buurt van mijn toekomstige studie. Met de trein is heen en weer reizen echt niet te doen. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om te hockeyen / sporten, met vrienden iets te doen of uit te gaan. Daarnaast vind ik het ook leuk om op reis te gaan om nieuwe culturen te ontdekken en leuke activiteiten te doen, zo ben ik naar Costa Rica gegaan en ben ik ook met vrienden op vakantie geweest. Het lijkt me leuk om in een actief huis terecht te komen, waarin altijd iets te doen is en er bv gezellig samen gegeten wordt. Als jullie nog een goede, en vooral gezellige kok in huis willen halen, zou ik graag een keer langs komen om kennis te komen maken. Mijn specialiteit is pasta carbonara, maar ik kan ook genoeg andere lekkere dingen maken. Ik zoek een kamer in een gezellig studentenhuis, waar er samen wordt gekookt. Ik ben een jongedame van 20 jaar en ik ga dit schooljaar (24/25) beginnen bij de school aeres in Barneveld. Hier ga ik 2 jaar een paravetarinaire dierenartsassistent opleiding volgen, omdat ik natuurlijk een super grote liefde voor dieren heb. Ik heb thuis huisdieren. Ik wil graag mijn kat meenemen, maar als dit niet lukt dan kan die kat nog thuis blijven bij mijn ouders. In mijn vrij tijd ben ik veel bezig met haken of anime kijken. Ik ben niet zo van het uitgaan en ik kan mezelf prima rustig vermaken. Ook ga ik graag naar de sportschool. Ik zoek een plekje dichterbij of in Barneveld, omdat ik op dit moment best ver woon van de school.

Hoi ik ben Veronique, ik ga aankomend jaar psychologie studeren in Nijmegen! Vrienden zijn voor mij heel belangrijk, daarom ga ik vaak in het weekend iets met hun doen. Het maakt niet uit of dit nou lekker eten is, op stap gaan of gewoon gezellig bijpraten. In het weekend ben ik ook vaak bij de carnavalsvereniging waar we naar ballen en feesten gaan. Ik kom dan ook uit het mooie Brabant. Verder werk ik bij de McDonald’s als manager. Ik sport 3 dagen in de week, waarbij ik op hockey en voetbal zit. Zoals je misschien leest ben ik een best actief persoon, maar ik vind het ook heerlijk om een avondje op de bank te zitten en films te kijken of lekker iets te bakken.
