I have multiple previous experiences with sharing accommodation, with known and unknown people, as well as with living alone. I do not smoke and do not have pets. My mother is a diplomat and she will be moving to Strasbourg for her posting in the summer. She will be funding me for my studies. I am particularly interested in the apartment you are renting out because of the nearby amenities, and the relatively short commute to my University. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful and private place.
