I will be starting a full-time position with Johnson & Johnson in Leiden in November, and I am currently looking for a suitable place to rent for the long term (ideally 1–2 years or longer). I am relatively new to the Netherlands and have not previously rented a property in Den Haag or Leiden. Therefore, I am currently looking for my first home in Den Haag or Leiden and I would sincerely appreciate any help or guidance you can provide during the rental process. I have a proven rental history in Italy and can provide extensive documentation to demonstrate my reliability as a tenant. Hoi! Ik ben Daniel (27), oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland, en vanaf oktober begin ik als fulltime onderzoeksmedewerker aan de TU Delft, waar ik onderzoek doe binnen de sociologie van klimaatfinanciering. Mijn contract is voor één jaar, maar het kan uitgroeien tot een promotietraject. Voor nu kijk ik vooral of een carrière in de wetenschap bij mij past. Ik heb net mijn studie in Londen afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om aan mijn eerste "echte" baan te beginnen.
