I’ve been employed for more than a year and plus my freelance projects I consider that my employment status is secure. I’m particularly interested in this property because I’ve already known the neighborhood, and I love the nearby amenities, parks, proximity to public transport, and easy commute to both of our workplaces. I’m quiet and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had good relationships with my many previous experiences with landlords or flatmates since I’m 18 and they’re happy to speak to that. Although I enjoy socializing, we like our home to be a peaceful place. Out of home, I love to go to cinemas & expos, take photographs or play sports.
