We are Bálint (26) and Zóra (25), a peaceful worker-student couple. Bálint has recently finished his studies in Film & TV at the University of Stavanger, Norway and will now work and explore further career opportunities. In September, Zóra will begin her studies in Transformation Design at Willem de Kooning Academy (WdKA) in Rotterdam. We are looking for a bigger room / studio / apartment where we can live together. Our main preferences are having a living space (bedroom) spacious enough for two people, and a location with good connection to Zóra’s academy in central Rotterdam. In addition, registration should be possible for both of us. With regards to a budget, we are looking for accommodation around 1000 € / month, and our parents are prepared to be our guarantors. We are aware of the housing market’s limits and are flexible and open to any solutions. A little bit more about ourselves; we are a peaceful couple of 3 years, who enjoy a relaxed living environment. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het afronden van mijn vwo en aankomend schooljaar start ik met mijn opleiding aan ArtEZ. Daarnaast ga ik ook weer aan het werk. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
