Starting to work from September 2026 in the French school of the Hague, I'm looking for an affordable room to live in the area, nearby my job place.

Hi! My name is Luis, I'm 24 and I study climate protection and climate adaptation near Munich, where I'm originally from. From the beginning of September 2026 until the beginning or middle of February 2027 I'll be doing an internship in an NGO in the middle of Amsterdam – and I'm looking for a room for that period. I'd describe myself as outgoing, open-minded and energetic, but I equally enjoy calm and cozy evenings at home. I love music (playing and listening), spending time in nature, and sports like running and climbing. As a housemate I'm easy to live with: clean, respectful of shared spaces, and I do my part without having to be asked. I enjoy having a good connection with my housemates, but I also value everyone having their own space. My girlfriend is Dutch, so my spoken Dutch is already at a decent level and I'd love to use it more day to day (writing is still the harder part, hence this text in English). Hi! 😊 My name is Arianna, I’m an Italian medical student at the University of Pavia and I’m coming to Leiden for an Erasmus+ clinical traineeship at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of other people’s space and routines. Since I’ll be spending most weekdays at the hospital, I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to come home to. I’m clean and tidy and I’m used to taking care of the place where I live. Outside university and the hospital, I love travelling, spending time with friends, going out for dinner or drinks, sports and discovering new places. I’m really looking forward to experiencing life in Leiden and meeting new people during my stay, so I’d also be very happy to live in a shared house with friendly roommates.
