My name is Nea, I’m a 20-year-old Finnish student currently studying International Relations and Organisations at Leiden University. I moved to The Hague last August and have been living in a shared apartment with five flatmates, but since my contract is ending soon, I’m now looking for a new place to live. I’m used to living with others, so I’m respectful, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I also contribute to buying shared household essentials like toilet paper, etc. I don’t smoke or drink, and I generally enjoy cozy nights, although I do like the occasional social night out. out. I can be a little shy at first, but once I get comfortable, I’m really easygoing and chill. I am particularly motivated to secure this housing because having a stable and comfortable place to live would allow me to fully focus on my studies. Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
