Hi! I'm Chris, 23, originally from Poland. I'm currently doing my Master's in Computer Science, and from September I'll also be starting a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next couple of years while I complete my degrees. I've moved around quite a bit over the past few years, including spending six months in Canada on exchange, so I'm very comfortable living with different people and adapting to new environments. I'm clean, responsible and respectful of other people's privacy and space. My studies keep me pretty busy during the week, so I appreciate having a peaceful home, but I'm definitely not antisocial – I enjoy cooking together, watching a movie, or having a good conversation over dinner. Outside of studying, travelling is probably my biggest passion – I'm currently at 50+ countries and still counting! I also love cooking, movies, exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets. Alongside my studies, I run my own business and also have a guarantor with a stable income, so I can provide financial security when required. I'm ideally looking for a long-term place from September onwards, where I can feel at home rather than simply have somewhere to sleep. 😊

Hi! Ik ben Hadassah, ben 28 jaar en ik kom uit omgeving Heerhugowaard! Op dit moment woon ik tijdelijk bij mijn ouders in Assendelft totdat ik ergens anders een plekje heb gevonden om te wonen. Sinds mijn relatie breuk afgelopen zomer ben ik opzoek naar een fijn woonplek. Ik heb samengewoond in Friesland, maar mijn thuis is toch vooral in Alkmaar/Heerhugowaard! Ik werk in de zorg, als verpleegkundige in een revalidatiecentrum in Oudorp. Ik werk dus wisselende diensten. Verder ben ik rustig, opgeruimd en netjes. Ik vind het leuk om samen dingen te doen in huis, maar vind het ook heerlijk om mij even terug te trekken. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!

I'm studying international Bachelor's of Psychology. Alongside my studies I play handball and cricket with the university associations. I also play basketball for fun and love cycling. I also love cooking for myself and use it as a break for myself from studies. I'm quite clean and keep to myself in my room but don't mind having chill roommates.

Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
