International student coming to Hogeschool Rotterdam this September. I’m looking for long term housing I can start renting out as soon as possible. I’m a reliable tenant, can take care of my share of the housework and am generally social. I’m up for the occasional chat with my fellow roommates but I also enjoy my own personal space.

On guarantees: my father is available as a guarantor, I can provide proof of income and employment, and I'm able to prepay several months of rent in advance if that helps.
