I'm Joe, 21, and I run a web design and marketing agency in Amsterdam. I graduated from the VU this July with a BSc in Artificial Intelligence. I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.

Daarnaast zouden wij voor een jaar de huur vooruit kunnen betalen als extra zekerheid. Hiervoor heb ik Applied Physics gestudeerd in Groningen en daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Rotterdam of Delft. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag naar de sportschool, reis ik graag, maak ik af en toe foto’s en spreek ik graag af met vrienden. De afgelopen jaren ben ik actief geweest bij Top Dutch Solar Racing, waar ik samen met het team een zonneauto heb ontwikkeld voor de Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australië. Het was een unieke ervaring waar ik met veel plezier op terugkijk. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig, sociaal en netjes. Ik vind het belangrijk dat de gezamenlijke ruimtes schoon en opgeruimd blijven en draag daar graag mijn steentje aan bij. Daarnaast lijkt het me gezellig om af en toe samen te eten, een drankje te doen of gewoon even bij te praten, terwijl ik het ook prima vind als iedereen zijn eigen ding doet.
