Wij werken allebei bij Ventje in Nijkerk en hebben allebei een vast arbeidscontract en een stabiel inkomen. Wij zijn rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke mensen en gaan zorgvuldig en met respect met een woning om. Wij spreken allebei Nederlands op A1-A2-niveau en zijn actief bezig om onze Nederlandse taalvaardigheid verder te verbeteren. Omdat wij collega’s zijn, zoeken wij een woning met twee aparte slaapkamers, zodat ieder van ons een eigen kamer heeft. Wij werken allebei en brengen het grootste deel van de dag op ons werk door. Daarom zijn een tuin, balkon of andere buitenruimte voor ons niet belangrijk. Voor ons zijn twee aparte slaapkamers, een rustige woonomgeving en een goede bereikbaarheid van Nijkerk veel belangrijker. Inschrijving op het adres voor beide personen moet mogelijk zijn. Mijn naam is Eneas Lang, ik ben 20 jaar en start op 1 september met de opleiding Mechatronica aan Fontys in Eindhoven. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Eindhoven. Ik ben een rustige en sociale student en hou van technologie en natuur. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (fitness en hardlopen), maak ik wandelingen en lees ik. Daarnaast kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om films te kijken of muziek te luisteren. Ik woon inmiddels een jaar zelfstandig in een studio in Heerlen, dus ik ben gewend om mijn eigen huishouden te regelen. Ik kom uit een gezin met vier kinderen, waardoor meehelpen in het huishouden er bij ons van jongs af aan vanzelfsprekend bij hoorde. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang en vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te doen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk om serieus met mijn studie bezig te zijn. Vorig jaar heb ik Applied Science gestudeerd, maar ik kwam erachter dat Mechatronica veel beter bij mij past. Ik rook niet en vind het belangrijk om in een schoon en prettig huis te wonen. I work in Finance as a Credit Analyst for an American International company based in Utrecht and Deventer, called AJC International for the last 2 years, where I have built a stable career and expecting a promotion by the end of 2026. My gross monthly income is about €4,200 (approximately €3,350 net + bonuses). In addition to my monthly income, I have approximately €7,000 in personal savings and a family member (brother) as a guarantor if needed. My motivation for moving to Utrecht is primarily work-related as my company's offices are located close to Utrecht, and as requested from my employer, living nearby would allow me to work more days at the office rather than fully remote.
