Ik ben 23 jaar en rond komende zomer mijn master Molecular Life Sciences af aan Wageningen University & Research. Vanaf september start ik als PhD student aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte (studio of appartement) in Nijmegen vanaf de zomer. Ik ben rustig, netjes en niet-roker. In Wageningen heb ik 5,5 jaar in een zelfstandige studio gewoond en momenteel verblijf ik tijdelijk in Denemarken voor een onderzoeksstage.

Hoi! Mijn naam is Lily, ik ben momenteel 17 jaar oud (in september word ik 18), ik ben perfect tweetalig nederlands/frans en kan ook een woordje engels. Ik verhuis binnenkort vanuit Brussel naar het mooie Utrecht. Vanaf het nieuwe collegejaar start ik hier met de Academische Pabo. Ik wist al vroeg dat ik later met kinderen wil werken, en deze studie is voor mij de perfecte stap! Thuis in Brussel ben ik een gezellige en drukke boel gewend: ik woon daar met mijn ouders, mijn broertje van 10 en mijn tweelingbroertje en -zusje van 4. Door mijn grote familie ben ik heel zorgzaam ingesteld, kan ik goed tegen een stootje en ben ik gewend om rekening te houden met anderen. Omdat Utrecht gloednieuw voor mij is, zoek ik niet zomaar een kamer, maar echt een gezellige plek om te kunnen settlen. Ik vind het leuk om samen te eten, bij te kletsen met een drankje of een film te kijken, maar ik kan me ook prima terugtrekken voor mijn studie. Schoonmaken is voor mij geen probleem.

Van nature ben ik een rustige meid, soms in het begin wat verlegen, maar ik kruip al snel uit mijn schulp. Sociaal contact is zeker belangrijk voor mij, en maak ik altijd ruimte voor leuke activiteiten met vrienden en vriendinnen. Ik houd in mijn vrije tijd van lezen, schrijven (van fictie), bakken/koken en natuurlijk een terrasje! Een avondje bioscoop of thuis Netflixen vind ik ook nooit verkeerd.  Het lijkt mij straks leuk om naast mijn studie bij een tennisvereniging te gaan, en ik heb de intentie om mij toe te voegen bij de studievereniging van verloskunde.

To keep myself fit, I like to go bouldering or running once or twice a week and I do not mind going with other people. Otherwise relevant information: I am pretty organised and clean. And I am both a morning person and a night owl. This means I like getting up around 7 or 8 in the morning to make breakfast, while I also tend to stay up late. To compensate, my energy is usually at the lowest in the afternoon.
