Ideally, I'd like a place that's either an apartment (in a student house), a studio or a room. it can be shared with other residents as long as they're female. I don't smoke and I don't own any pets. Preferably, I would like to stay at the Utrecht Science park or the center of Utrecht (near the subway central station).
