Hi, My name is Eva, and I am an 18-year-old student from Bucharest, Romania. I have been accepted to study Architecture at TU/e, starting in September 2026. I am very excited to begin this new chapter in the Netherlands and am now looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live while I focus on my studies. Architecture has been a strong interest of mine for a long time because it combines creativity, problem-solving, design, and the way people interact with the spaces around them. We are neat, respectful, and responsible tenants who value a clean and quiet living environment. As full-time students, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and taking good care of the property. In terms of preferences, we are looking for a furnished or semi-furnished house or apartment with at least three bedrooms, preferably close to the university or with good public transport connectivity. Our ideal move-in date would be late July or early August, and we are hoping for a long-term rental arrangement for the duration of our studies. Ideally, our budget is around €1000- €1700 per month, but we are flexible and open to slightly higher rent for the right place.
