I'm clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, easy-going, and I enjoy being part of a friendly household. I'm sociable but also focused on my studies, so I'll always be considerate about noise and common areas. As an exchange student my budget is covered by my Erasmus grant and family support and I'm happy to provide proof of funds, proof of enrolment, and any documents you need. I'd be moving on my own.
