Hey! (English below;)) Ik ben Johanna, een 30-jarige basispsycholoog uit Hamburg en noem Amsterdam sinds vier jaar mijn thuis! Ik voel me gelukkig hier, met een gevoel van leven in een sprookje, vanwege de oude gebouwen en kleine straatjes. In mijn dagelijks leven werk ik als basispsycholoog. Ik heb nieuwsgierigheid om mensen met verschillende achtergronden te leren kennen en in moeilijke levensphasen te ondersteunen. Naast therapie geef ik Ashtanga yogalessen en voedingsadvies naar Ayurvedische principes. Ik vind namelijk dat oude wijsheden heel waardevol voor een modern leven kunnen zijn! Ik heb dus een vrij rustige levensstijl. Een mooie dag betekent voor mij 's ochtends yoga te doen, daarna thuis genieten van een kopje koffie, en de dag over met vrienden naar de natuur of de markt gaan. Ik zoek een studio maar ben ook open voor in een woongroep te wonen. Ik vind het belangrijk mijn eigen privacy te hebben om op een volle dag mijn batterijen te laden. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het fijn om gemeenschappelijk wonen, samen te koken, en een thuis met anderen te kunnen creëren. Ik ben proactief en breng mezelf graag in de gemeenschap in, bijvoorbeeld door (Ayurvedisch) te koken! Het zorgen voor mijn thuis is essentieel voor mij, want in een gelukkige omgeving leeft een gelukkige geest. :) —- English —- Hey! I am happy here, with a feeling of living in a fairytale book, because of the old buildings and small streets. In my daily life, I work as a psychologist because I am curious to get to know people from different backgrounds and to support them through difficult phases of their lives. In addition to therapy, I give Ashtanga yoga lessons and nutritional advice according to Ayurvedic principles. I think that ancient wisdom can be very valuable for a modern life! I have a fairly quiet lifestyle. A nice day for me means doing yoga in the morning, then enjoying a cup of coffee at home, and going to nature or the market during the day with friends. I look for a studio, but am very open to a shared living as well. I have had good experiences living with flatmates. I find it important to have my own privacy in order to recharge my batteries after a full day. At the same time, I like to live together, cook together, and create a home with others. For example by cooking (Ayurvedic) for the flatmates! ;) Taking care of my home is essential to me, because in a happy environment lives a happy mind. :)
