Hello, My name is Daniel and I am from Portugal. I am currently in the final stage of my Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Coimbra. From the beginning of September 2026 until July 2027, I will be moving to Utrecht to join a medical imaging research group at UMC Utrecht as a research intern. I am a respectful, responsible and easy-going person who values a clean and well-maintained home. I understand that a home is something that landlords value greatly, and I always take good care of the place where I live. I am organized, clean and considerate of both property and the people around me. Sport has always been an important part of my life. I practice judo and have competed at a high level, which has taught me discipline, commitment and respect. I also play the flute and attended the Conservatory of Music of Coimbra, an experience that further developed my dedication and perseverance. In my free time I enjoy sports, technology and travelling. During my stay, I hope to integrate into Dutch culture, meet new people and make the most of this international experience. I am a non-smoker, I do not have pets, and I am looking for a comfortable place to live during my internship in Utrecht.

Hoi, ik ben Delmer! Ik ben 18 jaar oud en Ik woon in zuid-Friesland. Op dit moment ben ik tweede jaars toegepaste psychologie student op de Hanze in Groningen, maar ik begin volgend jaar aan de opleiding Psychologie op de UU. Door deze verhuizing van opleiding ben ik opzoek naar een kamer in Utrecht of een dorp/stad in de omliggende omgeving. Ik ben van nature een sociaal persoon en kan ook rustig overkomen, daarom heb ik ook voor psychologie gekozen. Hiernaast kan ik het ook heel leuk vinden om dingen te doen met toekomstige huisgenoten zoals huisavonden! In mijn vrije tijd luister ik veel muziek, lees ik hier en daar een boek en ga ik ook met een zekere regelmaat naar de sportschool. Ik zoek op dit moment een kamer waarbij het vooral heel gezellig kan zijn, maar dat iedereen ook een beetje hun eigen leven lijdt. Daarnaast hoop ik gewoon een leuke tijd te kunnen hebben in het mooie Utje!
