Op dit moment ben ik tweede jaars toegepaste psychologie student op de Hanze in Groningen, maar ik begin volgend jaar aan de opleiding Psychologie op de UU. Door deze verhuizing van opleiding ben ik opzoek naar een kamer in Utrecht of een dorp/stad in de omliggende omgeving. Ik ben van nature een sociaal persoon en kan ook rustig overkomen, daarom heb ik ook voor psychologie gekozen. Hiernaast kan ik het ook heel leuk vinden om dingen te doen met toekomstige huisgenoten zoals huisavonden! In mijn vrije tijd luister ik veel muziek, lees ik hier en daar een boek en ga ik ook met een zekere regelmaat naar de sportschool. Ik zoek op dit moment een kamer waarbij het vooral heel gezellig kan zijn, maar dat iedereen ook een beetje hun eigen leven lijdt. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!

I am 21 years old and I originally come from Hungary, though I lived most of my life abroad, as I grew up in Brussels (where I also live currently) and also resided in Zoeterwoude-Dorp for a period of 3 years throughout my bachelor’s studies at Leiden University. I recently got admitted to the Child and Adolescent Psychology master’s programme at Leiden University to pursue my dream of helping young people with their mental health difficulties on a daily basis. I would describe myself as a person who is highly mindful of his living environment. I can assure you that I would treat your property with the utmost respect and care. Furthermore, I am also always considerate towards the surroundings of my habitat, such as my neighbours. For example, the building where I lived during my 3 years in Zoeterwoude-Dorp was majoritarily inhabited by elderly people, hence I found it a priority to not disturb their peace and maintain a friendly relationship with them. Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours. Being an active member of the university football team at Leiden University, I like to spend most of my time, besides studying and working as an online tutor, outdoors. Furthermore, I do not smoke and do not have any pets.

Hey, Marius here! Just moved to Amsterdam a few weeks ago to work at Flying Pig Downtown and I'm looking for permanent accomodation. I've been working or volunteering in hostels for a while, so I became very welcoming and friendly. My favourite activity with my friends or guests? Playing Minecraft until late and joking around. Ever since I arrived here I realized I really like cycling around (very recreationally, you won't find me with the skinny cyclist suit yet).
