Hi everyone! 😊 My name is Nicole, I’m a 22-year-old Psychology student from Italy, and I’ll be spending my Erasmus semester at the University of Twente from mid-August until the end of January. To be totally honest, heavy partying or going out to clubs isn't really my thing. My ideal evening looks way more like a cozy board or card game night (I absolutely love playing Uno!), a movie marathon, or just sharing a relaxed chat over a cup of tea. Also, a fun fact about me: despite being Italian, my cooking skills are currently pretty basic... but I’m super eager to learn! That being said, I really value a healthy balance at home: I love sharing quality time together, but I’m also very respectful of privacy. I know everyone needs their own space to feel at home, and I will definitely need my quiet time to focus on my studies and recharge. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts.
