Hi! My name is Benedikt, I’m a German student currently living and studying in Lisbon. From September onward I’ll start studying Harpsichord at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, so I’m looking for a room from around August. I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work. Along with two of my friends, who are also admitted to TU Delft, I am currently looking for a place to stay in Delft starting from August. We are neat, respectful, and responsible tenants who value a clean and quiet living environment. As full-time students, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and taking good care of the property. In terms of preferences, we are looking for a furnished or semi-furnished house or apartment with at least three bedrooms, preferably close to the university or with good public transport connectivity. Our ideal move-in date would be late July or early August, and we are hoping for a long-term rental arrangement for the duration of our studies.
