I will be starting my Master's in Scenography from September 2026 at HKU (University of Arts Utrecht). Therefore, I am looking for a nice accommodation in Utrecht to call home, preferably for 2 years which cover my whole period of study. I am a responsible, clean, and organized person. I value a quiet environment and deeply respect personal space, which makes me a peaceful and reliable tenant. Outside of my studies, I enjoy hobbies like reading, photography, and watching movies, as well as staying active through city walks and dancing. Additionally, I do not smoke and do not have any pets. I have 4 years of experience renting and sharing a house with other tenants in Taiwan. My previous roommates always described me as an easygoing and tidy person. Kaaskop die niet van kaas houdt?? Hoe dan?! Nu ik jullie aandacht heb; Mijn naam is Fenna en ik ben net zoals alle anderen hier, hard opzoek naar een kamer, dus hier wat informatie over mij. Ik kom uit Heerhugowaard (bij Alkmaar) en ben dus 19 jaar oud. Dit schooljaar was ik begonnen aan WB op de TU maar de treinen en NS waren zon ware hel dat ik er niet meer blij van werd en ben dus gestopt om 1 september opnieuw te beginnen. Hopelijk op kamers met super leuke huisgenoten en misschien zijn jullie dat wel! Ik speel al 12 jaar veldhockey, en ben altijd wel in om een rondje te (hard)lopen. Daarnaast houd ik van fotografie en van spelletjes spelen met anderen, vooral een potje Uno, SkipBo of Set verlies ik niet graag. Ook houd ik van veel muziek, van metal, tot city pop en de muziek van je ouders! Als laatste: als het zonnetje schijnt ben ik buiten te vinden, ik hou zo erg van de zon istg. Hallo, Mijn naam is Kalkidan Hoex. Ik ben in 2020 afgestudeerd aan mijn Masters in Design. Ik heb in eigen startend bedrijfje. Momenteel werk samen met gemeente Rotterdam, State of fashion, M-ODE aan een project in Rotterdam. Ik ben curator van verschillende Exposities. Mijn werk ligt in verschillende museums binnen en buiten land. Zweden, Centraal Museum Utrecht, NewYork Sienna Patty Gallery ect. Het is een hele jonge brand en werk alleen tot nu toe. Verder werk ik ook als docent aan de Breitner Academie in Amsterdam. En geef ik Design lessen. Mijn inkomsten per maand zijn ongeveer 900 euro per maand. Met uitbreiding in maart dan ga ik 1 dag extra werken. En mijn lopende inkomen van mijn bedrijf. ik werk 2 dagen in de week als docent en werk 5 dagen in de week in mijn Atelier in Amsterdam. Nu zeer moeilijk te werken aangezien ik gedwongen bij mijn ouders met wonen in Meijel 2,5 uur van Rotterdam. Doordat de woning aanbod kansen voor mij zeer tot niet aanwezig zijn in de randstad. Als ik een dag vrij neem hou ik ervan om te wandelen, lezen, illustreren van comics, gamen. Ik wil een droom waar maken als financieel stabiel label aansluitend met projecten relevant voor de maatschappij. En daar voor moet ik klein beginnen en alles in mijn bedrijf stoppen. Mijn mogelijkheden zouden enorm kunnen groeien als ik niet meer in een drop woon zonder mogelijkheden in Meijel. En te wonen in Rotterdam voor een betaalbaren prijs als startende. Mijn studie tijd heb ik ook onder Maximus en Servatius gewoond. 5 jaar lang. Ik kan direct verhuizen. Voor mijn label en ambities wil ik een kans. een kans om tijdelijk een echte start te maken met mijn praktijk wonend in Rotterdam waar mijn studio is , Waar ik werk met museums, waar ik Docent ben en voornamelijk een leven heb.
