Beste verhuurder, Onlangs kwam ik uw advertentie voor de woning tegen en ik wilde meteen contact opnemen, omdat de woning mij erg aansprak. Mijn naam is Lara, ik ben een 24-jarige vrouw die in de techsector werkt, met een maandelijks inkomen van €3400 (netto €2900) en daarnaast extra spaargeld en garantstellers in het buitenland. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Ankara, Turkije, maar woon inmiddels al meer dan zes jaar in Nederland. Ik heb mijn bachelor in Tilburg gedaan, mijn master in Enschede, en woon nu in Utrecht, waar ik werk als Technology Consultant met een vast contract. In mijn vrije tijd dans ik graag (hiphop en partnerdansen zoals salsa), en ik heb een passie voor kunst — zoals schrijven, tekenen en video-/geluidsbewerking. Daarnaast oefen ik yoga, kijk ik films en series, lees ik graag en besteed graag tijd met vrienden. Ik houd van het ontdekken van nieuwe plekken en gerechten, en van diepgaande gesprekken. De huur vormt geen probleem voor mij, en ik betaal altijd op tijd. Daarnaast beschik ik over alle benodigde documenten. I’m a 23-year-old Computer Science student from Verona, Italy. I will be coming to Eindhoven as an Erasmus exchange student at TU/e and I’m looking for accommodation from 1st February until the end of June, with the possibility to extend to July. In my daily life I’m generally calm, focused, and quite independent; I usually follow my own routine and enjoy having a cozy room where I can feel comfortable and safe. At the same time, I really appreciate small, relaxed moments with flatmates when they come naturally: things like a quiet walk, a casual chat, or a simple outing with a small group. I’m not into big parties or loud nights, so you can expect a peaceful and considerate presence at home. I’m also very organized, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of privacy and house rules. Hallo! Ik ben Khadija de Bruine, 18 jaar oud en ik ben in september gestart met mijn studie sociologie aan de RU. Vanuit het dorpje in Zeeland waar ik vandaan kom, is het een halve dag reizen met het OV. Gelukkig heb ik op de valreep een kamer kunnen vinden, maar deze is eigenlijk boven mijn budget, ligt buiten de stad en is bovendien tijdelijk. Ik ben dus nog steeds actief op zoek naar een fijne kamer! Iets meer over mij: ik volleybal, ik hou van koken en tekenen en gezelligheid is mijn leven: samen eten, een serie kijken of een avondje stappen! Als nieuwkomer in Nijmegen zou ik het fijn vinden om in een gezellig huis te wonen, zodat ik me snel thuis kan voelen.
