Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn partner en ik zijn op zoek naar een woning in Eindhoven, omdat ik daar binnenkort met mijn masteropleiding zal starten. Wij zoeken samen een comfortabele woning om daar 2 jaar of langer te wonen. Wij beschikken over een stabiel gezamenlijk bruto maandinkomen van circa €4.000. Wij ontvangen beiden studiefinanciering van DUO, en een vaste ouderbijdragen. Ik werk parttime in de horeca en mijn partner is een privé pianodocent. Indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. Mijn naam is Augustas (22), afkomstig uit Litouwen, en ik studeer Biomoleculaire Wetenschappen. Mijn partner, Fayro (26), is Nederlands en studeert klassieke piano aan het conservatorium. Wij wonen inmiddels vier jaar samen in Maastricht, waar wij naast onze studie hebben gewerkt en een stabiel leven hebben opgebouwd. Voor onze verdere studie en toekomstige carrière willen wij ons graag in Eindhoven vestigen. In onze vrije tijd leiden wij een rustig leven. Fayro richt zich voornamelijk op muziek, studie en het geven van pianolessen, terwijl ik graag sport, kook en mij verder ontwikkel in de Nederlandse taal. Fayro speelt op een elektrische piano dus er is geen geluidoverlast voor de buren. Wij zijn nette, verantwoordelijke huurders en hebben tijdens onze huurperiode in Maastricht altijd een goede relatie met onze verhuurders gehad. Onze huurverplichtingen zijn steeds stipt nagekomen en wij zijn zorgvuldig met de woning omgegaan. Wij zoeken een plek waar wij ons de komende jaren thuis kunnen voelen en die wij met dezelfde zorg zullen behandelen. Hartelijk dank voor het overwegen van onze aanvraag. Hey, so a bit of context, I'm 24, finishing up my engineering degree at RWTH Aachen and moving over from September for an internship at ASML. I just want to be upfront that I'm a low-maintenance guy who treats a home with respect, keeping things clean and the noise down. Realistically I'll be pretty busy with work most of the week, and on weekends I'm usually in Maastricht seeing friends, so the room won't see much wear and tear. I speak German, English, and Bulgarian, so language isn't an issue, and I've lived in a few different cities already so settling in somewhere new isn't really a problem for me. Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen. Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.
