My name’s Ruben, I’m Dutch but grew up in England, I’m 27 years old, working part-time as I’m finishing my final year of studies in Architecture. I’ve been living in Amsterdam for 4 years already and need to move out of my apartment by July 30th. I’m pretty sociable and enjoy hanging out in the evenings, over a beer or wine or whatever, whenever I’m not working on my studies. I have a busy schedule during the week and sometimes work late, but in my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, football and going to concerts or an exhibition. I’m generally pretty chilled. During the weekend, I make some plans with friends, go to exhibitions or have a relaxed night in with good food. I’ve always enjoyed hanging out with my previous flatmates and enjoy getting to know them. Hey, Marius here! Just moved to Amsterdam a few weeks ago to work at Flying Pig Downtown and I'm looking for permanent accomodation. I've been working or volunteering in hostels for a while, so I became very welcoming and friendly. My favourite activity with my friends or guests? Playing Minecraft until late and joking around. Ever since I arrived here I realized I really like cycling around (very recreationally, you won't find me with the skinny cyclist suit yet). When it comes to how I live, I've often been complimented on how clean I keep my room (to the point where even my mom was proud, big achievement). I also don't smoke or have pets.
