I am a quiet, tidy, and responsible non-smoker. I have no pets. I spend most of my day at the dance academy and rehearsing. I am looking for a calm place to study and rest. My parents, an optometrist and a registered nurse, are my financial guarantors. They will pay the rent and deposit directly. We can provide proof of income and a guarantor statement immediately. Hey, I'm Jan, a student from Czechia, moving to the Netherlands to do my bachelor's in Computer Science at TU Delft. Outside of my studies I'm into the hardware side of tech, mostly designing PCBs, which is a quiet desk hobby I keep to my own room. I grew up dancing in a Moravian folklore group, and I've played a bunch of instruments over the years (organ, classical and electric guitar, mandolin), though I don't get to them as much these days. I don't smoke, no cigarettes or vapes, and I'm not really a drinker. I'm totally fine with a social household, I just don't need it to be a party every single night. Somewhere friendly and relaxed, where people actually hang out but also appreciate a bit of quiet, is my kind of place.
