Hello, I’m Alessandra, a 23-year-old Law student from the University of Trento. I am moving to Utrecht for my Erasmus exchange at Utrecht University for the full 2026/2027 academic year so I’m looking for a home for the entire duration of my stay (August to July). I’m organized, respectful of house rules, and I enjoy a calm environment when it’s time to study. I have lived in shared apartments in Trento for the past four years so I’m well-trained in the "art of the cleaning schedule" and I’m a firm believer in keeping communal spaces spotless. While I’ll be studying hard, I’m always up for a shared meal or coffee or a movie night with roommates, but I always respect personal privacy and quiet hours. My studies and rent are fully financed by my parents. They are happy to provide a parental guarantee and any necessary documentation to ensure rent is always paid on time. I am looking for a reliable long-term room place where I can balance my studies with exploring the city and making new friends. Since I am currently in Italy, I am more than happy to provide references or jump on a video call to introduce myself.

I will be starting my full-time job in Amsterdam on September 1st, which is why I am actively looking for long-term accommodation from that date onward. I can also be flexible regarding rent payments and, if needed, start paying from August. I look forward to hearing from you 😁

hello my name is Lauri, I am 19 years old and I am from Slovakia. In September I will be starting my studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets either. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time. Thanks to this I am already used to sharing bathrooms, kitchens or livingrooms with other people. I am respectful of others and their personal space. I am a tidy considerate person and enjoy sorting through/ cleaning my stuff as some sort of outlet. Very excited for this chapter of my life and making new friends wheter it is at school or my roommates/housemates. Hi, my name is Fabián. I'm 24 years old and I'm a jazz musician, and this year I'll be studying at Codarts on an Erasmus program ☺️ To give a little context about who I am and where I come from: I'm from Spain and I've been a musician for more than ten years. Throughout my life, I've learned to play a few instruments (saxophone, piano, flute, bass, etc.), but my favorite is definitely the saxophone. I'm currently studying in Valencia, but I'm from a nearby city called Castellón (small and pretty), where you can be at the beach in 20 minutes by bike and where it seems like it's almost always spring. I am passionate about art, and I love making plans that have to do with it (visiting museums, seeing concerts, painting, designing... basically anything). I enjoy nature and making plans for the outdoors, I love animas, meeting new people, going out, going to the gym, going to a bar for a drink, among other things. But most of the time I like to be by myself at home. I love having time for myself, and probably my favorite thing in the world is to stay at home with a blanket and read, watch a movie, listen to music, or just relax. That's why I think it's very important to have a quiet and healthy living enviroment. And finally, I consider myself a very tidy and clean person who is easy to live with. I am very excited about this opportunity to live in Rotterdam and meet new people. ☺️🧡
