Hello dear ones, I am Carla, I am 28 years old and starting an Internship at a design studio at the Rotterdam harbour. For now it’s planned that I will stay until the 1st of march but I might stay longer if the city wins me over! ((-: 
I am an industrial designer - currently I am working at a studio in Weimar in Germany but it was always my dream to collect some experience in NL, so I randomly decided to just do that haha. I’ll work 40h per week :-( but I am also looking forward to getting to know the city and the people and I appreciate a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere in the apartment, where you can feel like home. So far I’ve always had friendships with my roomies and I like to cook together or watch a show together (especially in cozy wintertime!) If its possible I’d be very happy if we could schedule an online meeting even though I would love to be there in person!

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
