Hallo, ik ben Simon en in juni rond ik mijn opleiding Automotive Engineering af in Arnhem, waar ik ook een tijdje op kamers heb gewoond. Ik begin in september met de (pre-)master Industrial Design aan de UT en ben op zoek naar een kamer om volledig in het studentenleven in Enschede te duiken! Ik ben op zoek naar een hecht huis waar vaak samen wordt gegeten en waar leuke dingen worden ondernomen (huisavond, borrel, filmpje, etc.). Ook vind ik het fijn om soms wat tijd voor mezelf te nemen en toch ook voor school. Ik spendeer graag tijd met vrienden, luister veel naar muziek en vind het leuk om te lezen of te gamen. Daarnaast sport ik af en toe ook graag, op het moment alleen hardlopen, maar ik ben nog op zoek naar een leuke teamsport. Ideeën zijn welkom! Ik kom graag een keer langs om kennis te maken!

I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
