My relocation is necessary as I will be undertaking my Master's thesis at IMEC, a world-leading research institute in nanoelectronics and digital technologies, as part of an officially approved academic-industry collaboration. I plan to live alone and am looking for a comfortable home for approximately 12 months, which aligns perfectly with the duration of my project. Although until 1st of September I have no personal income, I want to reassure you that I have a reliable financial guarantor – my stepfather – who is the sole shareholder of a company and has a stable monthly amount of 10.000 EUR income, being fully able to guarantee the rent during my tenancy period.
