Hi, I'm Clara! I am a 24 year-old German who is looking to move to Utrecht for my Masters. From September onwards I will study "Social Challenges, Policies, and Interventions" in Utrecht and after a few years in Nijmegen I am now ready to make a new city my home. Besides my studies I love to be in nature, work on creative projects like knitting or sewing, cook, play Volleyball, and spend time with my friends. From my time studying in Nijmegen I already have lots of experience living with other people and like to think that I am a clean, open-minded and uncomplicated roommate to live with. While I don't speak Dutch fluently yet, I understand it almost fluently and am also doing a course to further learn the language! For my new home I would prefer to live with roommates that also like to spend time together every now and then but I also understand that this is not always possible, which is okay. I would love to hear from you if you think I could be a fit for your room!

I’m a social, friendly and responsible person, and I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know different cultures. I’m looking for a place to call home for around two years. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027.
