About me: I'm quiet and tidy, I cook a lot, and I keep to a regular routine. I'm not a party person, but I'm always up for a meal or a drink with housemates. I've lived in shared houses before — a year here in Amsterdam and a year in Australia — so I know how to keep a shared kitchen usable. On the practical side: since I'm still job-hunting I don't have a Dutch employment contract yet, but I have enough savings to cover my stay, and I'm happy to pay a higher deposit or several months of rent in advance. I can provide a bank statement. One requirement: the address must allow registration with the gemeente (inschrijving mogelijk). I'm in Amsterdam now and can view at short notice.
