I am currently looking for a place to live and would really appreciate the opportunity to find a comfortable and welcoming home. I am a clean, respectful, and disciplined person who always keeps my room and shared spaces tidy. I am passionate about sports and train regularly. I am motivated to focus on my studies, but I also enjoy watching movies and occasionally going out with friends. I am friendly, easy to communicate with, and I always respect other people’s privacy and space. I will take good care of the property and be a reliable and considerate tenant. Finding accommodation is very important for me as I am moving to Rotterdam for my studies in one month . I want a one-year stay, but I also agree to a 6-month suspension because I am very desperate for a place to live.
