Als rustige, betrouwbare professional, die de afgelopen vier jaar in Schiedam heeft gewoond met een uitstekende huurgeschiedenis en altijd tijdige betalingen, ben ik op zoek naar een kwalitatieve woning voor de lange termijn, dichter bij mijn werk in de regio Rotterdam. Financieel profiel & stabiliteit: • Beroep: Zelfstandig Brand- en UX-UI-designer, met langdurige opdrachten voor gerenommeerde technologiebedrijven. • Aanvullende financiële ondersteuning: Indien gewenst kan ik een garantstellingsverklaring van een internationale sponsor overleggen. Huurdersprofiel: • Leefstijl: Netjes, niet-roker, geen huisdieren en geen kinderen. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met de woning en houd rekening met mijn buren. • Gewenste huurperiode: Minimaal 12 maanden, bij voorkeur een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. • Gewenste ingangsdatum: Flexibel tussen september en november 2026. Mijn naam is Eneas Lang, ik ben 20 jaar en start op 1 september met de opleiding Mechatronica aan Fontys in Eindhoven. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Eindhoven. Ik ben een rustige en sociale student en hou van technologie en natuur. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (fitness en hardlopen), maak ik wandelingen en lees ik. Daarnaast kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om films te kijken of muziek te luisteren. Ik woon inmiddels een jaar zelfstandig in een studio in Heerlen, dus ik ben gewend om mijn eigen huishouden te regelen. Ik kom uit een gezin met vier kinderen, waardoor meehelpen in het huishouden er bij ons van jongs af aan vanzelfsprekend bij hoorde. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang en vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te doen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk om serieus met mijn studie bezig te zijn. Vorig jaar heb ik Applied Science gestudeerd, maar ik kwam erachter dat Mechatronica veel beter bij mij past. Ik rook niet en vind het belangrijk om in een schoon en prettig huis te wonen.
