I will be moving to Eindhoven to commence my studies at TU Eindhoven in September 2026. I am seeking a comfortable and quiet place to live and am looking to secure a tenancy, preferably with an indefinite contract period. I will be occupying the property alone and we are ready to rent it immediately. As I am a full-time student, my father will be acting as my financial guarantor to ensure that the rent and all expenses are always paid reliably and on time. His monthly income is 7000-7500 Euro. As a student, I am a highly motivated and responsible individual who leads an active disciplined lifestyle and values a peaceful living environment.
