A bit about me: I am currently finishing up my mandatory military service in the South Korean Air Force. Because of this, I am incredibly disciplined, highly value a clean and structured living environment, and deeply respect house rules, shared chores, and quiet hours. When I’m not diving into coding projects or studying, I’m a big PC gamer (I love complex strategy games), a massive sports and Formula 1 fan, and I really enjoy creative writing. I also love cooking and trying out new recipes. What I am looking for: I am looking for a room or studio for at least 6 to 12 months (ideally longer). As a housemate, I am quiet and independent when it's time to focus on a demanding engineering degree, but I am also highly social and love a home with good chemistry—whether that means sharing a meal, watching a race/match together, playing board games, or having deep conversations over coffee. I am a strict non-smoker and do not bring any pets. Hoiii allemaal! Ik ben opzoek naar een (vaste) kamer in omgeving Delft-Den haag-Rotterdam. Nou even over mezelf! Ik ben Nikki, 18 (over een maandje 19) en woon momenteel in een dorpje naast Roermond. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
