Working person, looking for a nice home!

Hello! I'm a long-time self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) recently relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. (Feb., 2026). I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, and am temporarily staying in Huizen. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with and open to Bussum and Almere, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have excellent rental history and personal references, and would be delighted to be the dream tenant you hope for, far beyond just the standard financial responsibility. I care for my space, have a green thumb, and love people, adore animals, art, golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! I would love my independence and a studio or apartment, but I also understand the housing shortage is real, so I'd be open to discussing sharing in a bright, comfortable place with someone kind and grateful to be alive, as long as there is SOME privacy and room to breathe. :) I have no pets, but huge bonus if you do! ;) Please reach out if you feel I could be a good fit for your space. Heyyy, Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Utrecht! Laat ik mezelf even voorstellen: mijn naam is Kira , ik kom uit Oosterhout, een stadje vlak bij Breda. Elk jaar op 2 december vier ik mijn verjaardag, en dit jaar word ik 20. Ik ga dit jaar beginnen met de studie Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met vriendinnen iets te drinken, lekker muziek te luisteren, of gezellig een film te kijken. Sporten doe ik ook graag; in de winter doe ik aan schaatsen, en in de zomer skeeler en fiets ik. Naast mijn studie en hobby’s werk ik in het weekend in de keuken en bediening van een brasserie, en als de avond valt, vind ik het leuk om met vrienden uit te gaan in Breda. Hoi! Ik ben Welmoed, ik ben 23 jaar en ik studeer automotive engineering in Arnhem. Ik ga vanaf september stage lopen in Naarden en ben daarvoor opzoek naar een kamer.

Ik ben opgegroeid en nu weer werkzaam in Hilversum. Ik werk als begeleider in de acute psychiatrie op de high intensive care. Ik woon op dit moment al in Hilversum maar ben op zoek naar een meer zelfstandige woonruimte.

Ik ben een afgestudeerde jonge man van 29 jaar oud. Ik zoek woonruimte in of rond Hilversum wegens mijn werk. Nu nog is het bedrijf waar ik werk in Nijkerk gevestigd maar dit jaar gaat het verhuizen naar Hilversum. Idealiter zou ik medio mei/ juni 2026 meeverhuizen naar Hilversum of omgeving. Baarn , Bussum .. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Alkmaar, ben in Utrecht gaan studeren en na mijn studiejaren gaan werken voor een opleidingsbedrijf. Heel graag zou ik een zelfstandige woonruimte vinden met eigen entree. Ik ben single, heb vrienden voor het sociale leven maar geen drukke of luidruchtige hobby’s. Ik ga naar de kerk, wandel graag en bezoek nu en dan een goed concert. Aan mij zult u een betrouwbare huurder hebben voor de een langere tijd.
