Kamernet itself is good but finding accommodation in a busy city can be quite difficult but this is moreso due to demand. I would recommend to be very quick to send a message and make sure it"s thoughtful because the landlords get many messages so it can be hard to stand out.

I prefer Kamernet because I can rent directly from the owner. In 10 years iI always found my house on Kamernet. Unfortunately you can also find makelaars offers: they reply with automatic messages and reply usually late. In general, I am happy. Price is a bit more expensive than other sites.

In general a good website with lots of relevant listings. I find it difficult that I can’t filter by move-in date... I was looking for a couple of months ahead and I had to scroll through a lot of ads to find relevant ones. Search alert is great. I think it’s a high price but it helps you find a place so worth it.

What is a Premium Account?
You can purchase a Premium Account to respond to an unlimited amount of adverts and tenant profiles. The Premium Accounts of 15 days and 1 month are recurring subscriptions with automatic renewal. The Premium Account of 3 months is a one-time payment that will be automatically canceled.
How does the payment work?
Immediately after your payment, you will be able to respond to adverts. The first subscription period will start for the Premium Accounts that are recurring subscriptions. After the automatic renewal, the subscription costs for the new period will be automatically charged within 5 working days.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel the recurring subscription at any time on 'My Account'. To prevent the automatic renewal, you need to cancel the subscription no later than 1 day before the start of the next subscription period. The Premium Account of 3 months will stop automatically.
When will the subscription be renewed?
Depending on the type of the subscription, the Premium Accounts that are recurring subscriptions will be automatically renewed every 15 days or every month, as long as it is not cancelled. You can find the next renewal date on 'My Account'.
