Hi everyone. We are a couple, both working, looking for a place to stay for just 1 month (Sep 2026), while we are in between flats. James is American, Hannah is German, we have been living in Amsterdam for about 3 years now. We both work in the office 5 days a week so we are not home during the day, and we will be gone 2 out of 4 weekends in September, so the use of the apartment will be mostly limited to evenings.

A little about me: I'm 31 years old and work full-time in Finance. I'm relocating to Amsterdam to join an international healthcare technology company, and I already have my Dutch employment contract in place. I'm easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoy having a friendly chat in the kitchen, but I'm also quite independent and often keep to myself during the week given my work schedule. As a student of architecture, I am used to working in a structured and responsible way, both independently and in collaboration with others. I am looking for a quiet and reliable place to live while studying in Delft. I am a very social person, but I also appreciate having a calm place where I can withdraw and recharge. I have good experience living with others, having lived in shared apartments for the past five years, and I really enjoy creating a friendly and warm home environment. I like doing things together with the people I live with, whether it is watching a film, cooking, or sharing a meal. I especially enjoy cooking, and I believe food tastes best when it is shared. In my free time, I enjoy both physical and cultural activities, such as bouldering, sking, going to the cinema and attending concerts. I also DJ in my spare time, but I am always respectful of the people around me and the place I live.

My name is Andrea, I am 24 years old and Italian. I have been living in Leiden for the past two years, where I have just completed my master's in biotechnology at Leiden University. From 1 October I will be starting a PhD in the same field at Leiden University, on a funded four year contract. I am currently renting in Leiden and I am looking to move because my contract is coming to an end. I would be renting on my own. Outside of work I like to travel and read, and I am quite active: I play several team sports and go to the gym regularly. Sport is a big part of my routine, which means I am out of the house a fair amount and keep fairly regular hours. I am a sociable but quiet tenant, and I take care of the place I live in. As for reliability, I have rented in the Netherlands for the past two years without any issues, and I am happy to provide a reference from my current landlord. I do not smoke and I have no pets.

Hey, Marius here! Just moved to Amsterdam a few weeks ago to work at Flying Pig Downtown and I'm looking for permanent accomodation. I've been working or volunteering in hostels for a while, so I became very welcoming and friendly. My favourite activity with my friends or guests? Playing Minecraft until late and joking around. Ever since I arrived here I realized I really like cycling around (very recreationally, you won't find me with the skinny cyclist suit yet).
