About the place

The mobile home is located at the back of the property where we (father, daughter, and son) live with our dog and two cats. It features a private 40-square-meter outdoor area and is situated behind the barn, ensuring a sense of privacy. The unit includes its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and extra storage space. We are currently making a few improvements not yet shown in the photos—such as switching the mobile home entirely off gas. Official registration at the address is open for discussion.

The center of Zuid-Beijerland is a 10-minute walk away. There, you will find an Albert Heijn supermarket, Etos, Primera, and various dining options, including a snack bar, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. The studio is also close to Hitsertse Kade—a swimming spot on the Haringvliet—and within cycling distance of Tiengemeten, an island managed by the nature conservation organization Natuurmonumenten.

A bus stop is a 13-minute bike ride away, offering direct connections to Rotterdam. Buses to Bergen op Zoom, Stellendam, and Middelharnis also depart from there.

Rotterdam is approximately a 25-minute journey away (by bus or car). Roosendaal, Middelharnis, Dordrecht, and Spijkenisse are all within a 40-minute drive. If you have a car, you can park it next to the mobile home for free.
