The studio is 50 m2 and is recent renovated (Energy A label), so the isolation, facilities like kitchen and bathroom are all modern. 

This studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay! It is completely upholstered and furnished and with washing machine, kitchenware, refrigerator, freezer,bed linen and towels. 

The studio is close by the city center Zeist and Utrecht ( 8km). Is located and within a short distance, of Science park, TNO, RIVM and the university hospital (UMC.The supermarket, drugstore and restaurants are walking distance.

The bus stop to the central station and the center of Utrecht is three minutes by foot and goes approximately every ten minutes. The A28 is nearby.

Preferred tenant:
The studio is for only one person.
Promovendi, working (young) professionals, internationals are welcome
