We are looking for a friendly, calm and responsible person to rent a private studio in our peaceful home in Zeist. The studio will be available from 5 October 2026.

The studio offers plenty of privacy and has its own bathroom and kitchen. The only shared spaces are the stairs and the laundry area, where the washing machine is located.

The house is clean, peaceful and quiet, so we are looking for someone who appreciates a calm and respectful living environment.

✨ Who you would be living with:
We are a friendly working couple who enjoy maintaining a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at home. I’m very active and enjoy sports. I don’t drink alcohol, and neither of us smokes. We both enjoy music, travelling and having good conversations.

Although everyone has their own space and privacy, we would love to live with someone friendly with whom we can occasionally chat and feel comfortable. Cooking is often a nice moment for us to come together, but we also respect each other’s routines and independence.
