About the place

For rent for 5  years maximum, small renovated apartment with own kitchen and bathroom. Sunny private terrace. Costs for gas water en light is around 150 euro a month. Parking for free. 20 minutes bij public transport to Amsterdam centre.
Contract can start 1 st april 2026. It is only allowed to live here with one person, so no couples. We prefer working students. Interested, please send me a message with as much info about yourself and what you are looking for. 

I am looking for somebody who takes care for my completely refurbished apartment/studio and earn enough to pay the rent on time. So are you a working student and need a nice place for max 5 years for 1 person only, please send me some contact about you.
