The approximately 40 m² studio is located in a quiet courtyard/parking lot (free parking). It's well-insolated, has underfloor heating, is smoke-free, and offers access to the terrace where the evening sun settles. The studio consists of a kitchen/living room that also serves as a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink with hot and cold water, a dishwasher, and an oven with four induction hobs. The front window has Venetian blinds. There is an office table with a chair and a single spring-loaded bed. The spacious bathroom has additional a designer radiator, a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washing machine connection, and a power outlet for a dryer. The studio is located in the center of Wassenaar has internet access, ceiling spotlights, a CO2 alarm, and plenty of power outlets. Shops are a three-minute walk away: two supermarkets, a bakery, a fish stall, an Indonesian take away restaurant, a Chinese-Indonesian restaurant, and a tailor/dry cleaning. The main bus stop to and from The Hague Central Station, Leiden, Voorschoten-Leidschendam, and Katwijk-Noordwijk is also a three-minute walk away.

The tenant is a non-smoker. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio, including visitors.

The studio will be available in December 2025 – new pictures will follow soon. The monthly rent is € 950, including internet, gas, electricity, and water, and the deposit will be € 1.250,-.
