I offer my beautiful flat for 1 person (!) FROM 09.07.26 TO 26.08.26 - you can contact me if you are interested in at least 3 weeks within the indicated time period (!), but I will give preference to someone who wants to stay the whole time. The flat is in the center, but the location is quiet. It is modernly equipped with everything (except washing machine), has a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a small storage room. There is also a large communal roof terrace and a storage room for bicycles. The neighbors in the same house all work at the university and are respectful and quiet, which I also expect from my subtenant(s). The price for one month is 900€ including everything (electricity, water, internet). So, for the whole period, the costs are €1495. I would also like a deposit of €300 to cover any damages.

A proper rental contract will be drawn up. If you are interested, please write a message. Please mention in the message for which period you would like to rent (within the indicated time period!) the flat. I will not answer to messages where this is not mentioned (I got too many unserious messages in the past).
