About the place

This property is located within walking distance of the campus and the green surroundings of the Binnenveld (on the edge of Wageningen); we are looking for a mature post-doc, PhD candidate, or researcher.

With 32 m² of fully furnished indoor living space and 45 m² of private outdoor space, you will enjoy a comfortable, high-quality living environment. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one other person, who is frequently away abroad.

You will receive a campus housing rental contract and can register at this address with the municipality; communication with the landlord is smooth, fast, and direct.

The property is available from October 30th; please see the photos. We are looking for someone who can move in by November 1st at the latest. The base rent is €875 per month, excluding energy, internet, municipal taxes, and other additional costs. The property is fully equipped and features:

• adjustable bed (head and foot sections adjustable to various positions)
• mattress, bedding, and pillow
• wardrobe and storage cabinet with ample space
• designer desk with drawers and an office chair
• practical window blinds and an insect screen
• spacious kitchen with all necessary amenities
• dining/seating area in the kitchen
• washing machine and separate dryer, including drying rack
• back garden with table and chairs
• helpful and friendly landlord
• bicycle optionally available for the first 5–6 months (subject to certain conditions)

We are looking for an English-speaking, non-smoking, and—above all—quiet researcher affiliated with the university. This is definitely not a student house;  We are not looking for young students, but rather someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment.
