About the place

Studio in the basement of our detached house in a quiet neighborhood. Furnished. The university is 3.5 km away, shops 1.5 km away. The forest (Veluwe) is 500 m away, and the train station is 5 km away. The space: entrance through the garage, into a hallway; living/bedroom with a bed, armchair, and dining table with chairs; fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, fridge/freezer; bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. All for private use. The studio is part of the house where the owners also live. We are energy-conscious and expect the same from our fellow residents. No smoking. Ideal for working students, PhDs, or postdoctoral researchers.
