📅 Move-in: From April 1st
📅 Contract until: August 2026 (no extension possible)

⚠️ Requirement: The tenant must be an international student at Utrecht University (bachelor’s, master’s, exchange, or PhD). They do not need to be a first-year student, but they must be officially affiliated with UU.
